Common questions

My ride didn't import — what now?
Make sure the activity has GPS data. Manual or treadmill activities can’t be rendered. If the activity does have GPS and import still fails, email us with the activity name and date.
The cover photo on Story slide 3 is missing.
Re-import the activity from your dashboard. Sometimes the photo is uploaded after the first import — re-importing pulls the latest photo.
My output looks different from the live preview.
The preview and the downloaded file are rendered from the same template, but small font-rendering differences can occur. Tell us what looks off and we’ll take a look.
I paid but the unbranded PDF didn't unlock.
Webhook delivery from Stripe can take a few seconds. Refresh the page; if it’s still locked after a minute, email us with the Stripe receipt and we’ll fix it manually.

Manage your data

You can revoke Resaga’s access to your Strava account at any time at strava.com/settings/apps. To delete the rides we have stored for you, email hallo@resaga.cc — we delete all your data within 48 hours.
